Express Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join an in-home palliative and hospice care provider. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to those in need of comfort and support during critical stages of their lives.

Pay: Up to $25/hr + Mileage

Schedule: Mon-Fri  (8am-530pm)

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Provide comfort care and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Monitor and document patients’ vital signs and overall condition.
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients.

CNA Requirements:

• Current State of Hawaii CNA Certification
• Minimum of 6 months of recent CNA experience
• Current CPR/BLS Certification through the American Heart Association
• Current two-step TB/Chest X-Ray clearance - within 1-year
• A valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle are required for travel within a 25-mile radius
