Resident Care Manager Duties:

Supervises nursing team and operation of nursing units

Coordinates unit admissions, discharges, and transfers

Plans and supervises resident care

Participates in quality improvement efforts to ensure positive outcomes

Resident Care Manager Requirements:

Active State of Hawaii RN license

2 years of experience in an acute or skilled nursing or long-term care facility

Valid 2-step TB, CPR, and First Aide certification

Supervisory experience preferred
