Nurse Job Duties (but not limited to):
Prepare, administer, and record medication & observe/report drug reaction or medication errors
Assist, develop, revise and review resident care plans
Perform skilled nursing tasks as defined by community policy and procedure, and as allowed by state law

Nurse Requirements:
Current State of Hawaii RN License
Minimum of 6 months of recent RN experience – within 18 months
Current CPR/BLS Certification
Current two-step TB/Chest X-Ray – within 1-year
