Nurse Assistant Requirements:

• Completion of Nurse Assistant Program
• Minimum of 6 months of recent Caregiver experience – within 18 months
• Current CPR/BLS & First Aid Certification
• Current two-step TB or Chest X-Ray clearance – within 1-year
• Valid COVID + Booster vaccination
