Express Healthcare is seeking Medication Aids for the largest ARCH Facility in Hawaii. This 110-bed facility provides ARCH, E Arch and memory care. This position requires completion of a Nurse Aide program and will accept Nurse Assistant or caregivers with experience. If you or anyone you know is interested please call 808-792-7000.

Duties:
-Provide assistant in personal care and ADLs
Administers the medications and treatments, according to the scheduled times, following the medication administration protocol.
-Take and document vitals, confirm correct medication dosages, stock medication cart
-Records medication administration according to federal, state, local, and Company guidelines. All records and documentation must be legible and accurate on the medication record MAR.

Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months Medication Aide, NA or Caregiver experience - within 24 months
Completion of accredited Nurse Aide program
Current CPR/BLS & First Aid Certification
Current two-step TB/Chest X-Ray Clearance – within 1-year
