Limited time BONUS:

• This bonus is up to $250 is available for ALL Medical Assistants (certified or not!)
• $100 after activation and completion of interview, $150 once 80 hours of work are complete

Medical Duties

1. Patient Care Duties and Procedures:
   • Performing tasks under the supervision of a licensed nurse or physician.
   • Vital Signs: Taking and recording patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiratory rate.
   • Patient Examinations: Assisting physicians or nurses during patient examinations.
   • Specimen Collection: Collecting samples for laboratory testing, such as blood, urine, or swabs.
   • Laboratory and Diagnostic Tests: Conducting routine office laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures.
   • Medication and Treatments: Administering medications or treatments as directed by a physician or nurse.

Administrative Duties

2. Office and Administrative Tasks:
   • Patient Registration: Handling the registration process for new and returning patients.
   • Appointment Scheduling: Scheduling and confirming patient appointments.
   • Record Management: Entering, updating, and filing patient records accurately and confidentially.
   • Referrals and Services Coordination: Arranging referrals to specialists, laboratory services, or hospital admissions as needed.
