CNA Requirements:

Current State of Hawaii CNA Certificate 

Minimum 6 months of recent CNA experience – within 24 months

Current CPR/BLS Certification

Current two-step TB/Chest X-Ray – within 1-year

Valid COVID vaccination + Bivalent booster
