Title: Cardio/Vascular Sonographer

Pay: $110,000-$130,000 per year  

Location: Kapolei, HI  

Shifts: Variable shifts, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:  

Perform echocardiographic and vascular ultrasound exams using 2D, Doppler, and color flow imaging.

Prepare patients for procedures, explain processes, and ensure comfort and safety.

Collaborate with physicians to interpret findings and adjust imaging techniques as needed.

Maintain and calibrate ultrasound equipment and ensure proper documentation of procedures.

Recognize and report abnormal findings and assist during invasive procedures when necessary.

Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

Certification by ARDMS (RDCS or RVT) or CCI (RCS or RVS) in cardiac or vascular sonography.

Current BLS certification required

Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute healthcare setting as a cardiac and/or vascular sonographer.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field.

Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, pathology and hemodynamics.
